Power Systems General Warranty Statement for Direct Customers:
A Power Systems warranty is applicable from the date of shipment of the original product. The warranty is not renewed with any replacement product or parts. For any products that do not have a stated warranty contained within the product page, the product description, or the Power Systems Warranty Schedule - it shall be assumed the product has a 90-day warranty beginning on the date of the original shipment.
Power Systems General Warranty Statement for Authorized Dealers:
The warranty period for authorized dealers of Power Systems products will begin on the date of the original shipment. The warranty is not renewed with any replacement product or parts. For any products that do not have a stated warranty contained within the product page, the product description, or the Power Systems Warranty Schedule – it shall be assumed that the product has a 180-day warranty beginning on the date of the original shipment.
Returns / Replacement Product Warranty Statement:
In the event of a product return, the warranty period of that product does not renew with a product replacement. For example, if an item has 12-month warranty and is replaced within the first 5 months, the replacement product will be warrantied for the remaining 7 months of the 12-month warranty period. This applies to any items that are replaced by Power Systems, an authorized dealer, or indirectly via return, reimbursement and repurchase of the same item by the customer.

Claim Process
Eligible Warranty Claim:
A valid Power Systems order number or PO number is required to submit a warranty claim. Power Systems reserves the right to replace, refund, or pay for a local repair. Photos or videos may also be requested to accompany a warranty claim.
Inspection Upon Receipt - Shipping Damage Claim:
It is recommended to perform a full product inspection upon receipt to identify any damage to the product that may have occurred during the shipping process. Shipping damage must be reported to Power Systems within 14 days of receipt. Photos and/or videos may be requested to accompany a damaged shipment claim.
General Warranty Definitions
Defined Period - Limited Warranty:
For products labeled with a warranty for a specified period of months, the warranty will begin on the date of the original shipment. It will include coverage of manufacturer workmanship, product functionality, and material during that period. The warranty does not cover product wear and tear or product failure due to abuse or neglect - this includes improper use and/or storage of product. It is applicable to the original owner of the product and is not transferable.
Lifetime or Lifetime Limited Warranty:
The ‘lifetime’ of a product refers to the manufacturer recommended life cycle of the product in a commercial use setting. For products labeled with a lifetime or lifetime limited warranty, the warranty will begin on the date of the original shipment. It will include coverage of manufacturer workmanship, product functionality and material during that period. The warranty will not cover product failure due to abuse or neglect. The warranty period on these products ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. It is applicable to the original owner of the product and is not transferable.
Thirty Day Promise:
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. All products are warranted free of manufacturer defects for 90 days from the invoice date. For information on the full warranty period for a specific product, please refer to the Power Systems Product Warranty Schedule.
